Adults-only access

PornHouse contains adult-oriented material. Use the service only if you are an adult under the laws that apply to you and may legally access this material from your location. If either condition is not met, do not continue.

The first-party confirmation is an adult notice, not identity verification and not a claim of legally sufficient age assurance in every jurisdiction. Some locations may be restricted at the edge.

The service

PornHouse organizes partner-supplied metadata and links it to authorized MagmaClick source embeds. Video files are delivered through the partner's cross-origin player; PornHouse does not download, proxy, transcode, host, or deliver those files through any of its own infrastructure. Partner branding and partner-managed in-player advertising may be present.

Catalogue entries and playback can change or disappear when the partner updates or withdraws an item, a report triggers review, or the service is unavailable. A listing is not a promise that an item will remain available.

Acceptable use

When using the service, do not:

• access it when you are not legally permitted to do so;
• circumvent geographic, security, adult-notice, or partner controls;
• attempt unauthorized access to the application, database, storage, or partner player;
• disrupt the service or automate requests at a harmful or unreasonable rate; or
• use the service to violate another person's rights.

Third-party material

Video content, partner branding, and partner marks belong to their respective owners. Activating an embed connects your browser to the partner, whose terms and privacy practices may apply. PornHouse's interface and original wordmark do not grant rights in partner content.

Reports and removal

For broken playback, inaccurate metadata, copyright, consent, age, or suspected illegal-content concerns, email contact@pornhouse.net. A report may cause an item to be hidden while it is reviewed, but acceptance of a report is not a final legal or factual determination. Thecopyright page explains the current notice process.

Availability and responsibility

The service is provided on an as-available basis and depends on Cloudflare and the external partner. Security, availability, metadata accuracy, and uninterrupted playback cannot be guaranteed. Nothing on this page limits a right or responsibility that cannot lawfully be limited.
