PornHouse displays only third-party, partner-hosted video embeds. It does not produce, photograph, film, host, or distribute any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct.

All visual content reachable through PornHouse is produced, hosted, and delivered by independent third-party producers and the MagmaClick partner network. PornHouse operates a discovery catalogue: it stores titles, descriptions, and partner-supplied media links, and it embeds the partner's own player on the watch page. It never downloads, proxies, mirrors, or serves partner video files.

Where the records are kept

Any records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 or § 2257A for the depictions reachable through this service are created and maintained by the respective primary producers and supplying partner, which are responsible for verifying and documenting the age of every performer. The supplying partner represents that all performers appearing in those depictions were at least eighteen years of age at the time of production.

Because PornHouse is not a producer of this content, it holds no performer age records. Requests concerning records for a specific item should be directed to the partner identified for that item.

Adults-only catalogue policy

The catalogue is limited to the reviewed MagmaClick source set (BDSMX and VXXX). Any report that an item may depict a minor, non-consensual conduct, or otherwise unlawful material triggers an immediate review hold that removes the item from discovery while it is assessed.
